I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, with a profound emphasis on connecting the mind and body to achieve emotional well-being and improved mental health. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) trained in psychotherapeutic yoga and certified in mindfulness and meditation techniques.
I employ a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) techniques, psychodrama, experiential therapy, and mindfulness practices to provide comprehensive and tailored care.
I recognizes the uniqueness of each client and firmly believes one size does not fit all when it comes to therapy. My goal is to create a nurturing and supportive space where clients can freely express themselves without fear of judgment. Through collaborative efforts, I provide clients with the necessary tools and support to regain control over their lives. I understands that taking the step to seek therapy can be challenging, and I consider it a privilege to be a part of my client’s journey toward healing.
